Join Salt Lake DSA and other community partners as we change out brake lights for free! 

Brake Lights are a common excuse for police or immigration enforcement officers to pull over community members. Every interaction with law enforcement is an excuse to harass and target immigrant and racialized members of the public. Our goal is to reduce these interactions as much as possible.

Those helping change brake lights or install bike rear reflectors are trained and we try to have at least one mechanic on hand. We do not need to collect any confidential information from participants, and we encourage any and all community members to participate!

It is everyone's responsibility to work together and ensure we are all taken care of! Hope to see you there!
